Luke Lowndes joined Heath & Ford as a Director to head up the Corporate Finance practice. He joined having returned from the UK, where he completed over 5 years Executive Search within Corporate & Investment Banking throughout the UK, Europe and Australia. Luke works across Investment Banking, Private Equity and Corporate M&A Strategy, focusing on mid-level and senior opportunities.

Adam Avci joined Heath & Ford as a Director to head up the Institutional & Wholesale Trading and Research practice. With over 11 years experience in search Adam has built a strong track record across the Australian and Asian Financial Services sector. During this time, he has specialised in the placement of senior managers and relationship executives within Front, Middle and Back Office functions, undertaking a number of high profile assignments for some of the industry’s leading global and domestic brands.
